- “Consultation” — an appointment (in person or online) to assess suitability for treatment.
- “Services” — all advice, assessments, procedures, treatments, and aftercare provided.
- “Implants” — any medical device used during surgery, including breast implants, tissue expanders, or other prosthetic materials.
2. Use of This Website

3. Consultations and Bookings
- All new patients are required to attend a consultation prior to any treatment.
- A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.

- Quotes and treatment plans are valid for a limited period (usually 3–6 months).
4. Payments, Deposits & Cancellations
- Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Full payment for treatments or surgery must be made by the date specified.
- Cancellations or reschedules made within [48 hours] of an appointment may incur a charge or loss of deposit.
- Surgical cancellations may attract specific fees as outlined in your individual patient agreement.
5. Medical Suitability and Responsibility
- All treatments and procedures are subject to medical assessment.
- You must provide full and accurate information regarding your medical history, medications, allergies, and lifestyle.
- Failure to disclose relevant information may affect your treatment safety and outcome.
- No guarantee is made regarding treatment results, which vary between individuals.
7. Aftercare and Follow-Up
- You must adhere to all aftercare instructions provided.
- Missed follow-up appointments may affect your recovery and void any revision policy.
- In the event of concern or complication, contact us or the clinic immediately.
- Any revision or corrective treatment will be discussed case by case.
8. Confidentiality and Data Protection
- We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
- Your personal data will be stored securely and used only for clinical, administrative, or legal purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability
- While we strive to provide care to the highest clinical standards, no treatment or surgery is risk-free.
- Our total liability for any claim arising out of treatment is limited to the amount paid for that treatment, except in cases of death or personal injury caused by negligence.
- We are not responsible for indirect losses such as travel, accommodation, or loss of income.

These Terms and any disputes arising under them shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
